Tuesday 6 July, from 6.30 pm, Soulgreen welcomes you for a Guest Shift Night in the company of Mattia Lotti, an exceptional bartender and leading figure in the international bartender scene.

You will have the pleasure of tasting special cocktails prepared with Sabatini gin – the first London Dry Gin with a Tuscan spirit, in its alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.

All accompanied by Soulgreen bites and the possibility of pairing it with some of our signature dishes.
